Throughout the centuries, whether by conquest or diplomatic manoevure, there have been various attempts to amalgamate the countries of Europe into a single world power. The 20th century was no exception with two significant thrusts, instigated by Germany, namely the 1st and 2nd World Wars. The re-emergence of Germany as a Republic in 1950, under the leadership of chancellor Konrad Adenauer - a rabid Europhile - set the current initiative on course to create a unified EU (fully integrated membership of GB is a must have) within a timeframe of some 50 years.

In 1954 the Bilderberg Group was formed by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands and Joseph Retinger to formalise a senior general background for the creation of the EU.This secretive group meets on an annual basis, comprising of international businessmen, corporatist and socialist politicians, strategic journalists and a few misguided continental royals. Both Heath and Blair attended prior to becoming heads of their respective parties, Romano Prodi in 1980 - to name but a few!

The swinging 1960s saw a radical change in British behavioural patterns and various groups hijacked the trends for redirecting the political agenda. By the early 1970s the seeds towards a consolidated "European Superstate" had been sown. Entry into the 'Community' was contrived by Edward Heath on the basis that we were joining a 'free trade' area known as EFTA. Since that time, with the goalposts gradually changing under the cover of a series of 'Treaties' - Rome, European, Amsterdam, Maastricht and Nice - literally thousands of regulations have been foisted onto the British people without any consultation, other than hasty endorsement by parties with hidden personal, politically-motivated agendas. Under the guidance of such self-promoters, the EU has quickly become a balkanised, fraudulent organisation.

November 2007 - auditors still unable to 'sign off' the Books...for the 13th year in a row! 90p in the £ cannot be accounted for!

Our Fishing Grounds. Given away by Heath - Treaty of Rome - as a bargaining chip.
December 2005. British trawlers face further cuts, particularly 15% off the annual cod catch. Disregarding recommendations of serious scientific and environmental groups, EU commercial fishing policies are dictated from Brussels. These are supported on a day-to-day basis by the 'fishing capital' of Europe - yes, Vigo in Spain!

November 2007 - British fishermen forced, by EU rules, to throw c. 1 million tons of cod back into the sea per annum!

Our Farming Policy. Dumbing-down the finest farming systems in the world to accomodate smallholdings and medieval farming practices...creating a marketplace of fraudulent subsidies.
80% of CAP (Common Agriculture Policy) subsidies go to 20% of producers. Theoretically £4 - 25p!, based on a pot of £100 and 100 farmers.
Tobacco growing is subsidised by the EU coffers to the tune of 1 billion euros pa in Greece, the Balkans et al...and we are trying to stop smoking in all public places, improve the NHS and continue with the battle against cancer!

The Power of our Courts. Now deferring to 'EU rules' - the Napoleonic system of 'Corpus Juris'. For instance...unlike English law, French law does not allow you to choose the beneficiaries of your will. The Napoleonic code gives priority to the children of the deceased, including children of former marriages! On the books since 2001, and about to be tested in Cyprus, "assets in the UK can be included in judgements related to assets in other parts of the EU".

Control of Armed Forces. 'Rapid Reaction Force' as a forerunner to total control from Brussels.

System of Policing. Europol already established in The Hague. November 2005. Proposed that UK police forces are amalgamated into 12 regions - looks like ultimate 'Regionalisation' for all National Governance - see also paragraph below.

Sovereignty.The Fabian Society - a left-wing pressure group - are promoting proposals to retire HM the Queen as head of the Church of England.

This would be the first step in demoting the British royal family to the 'has-beens' level of their European counterparts. Consider the 'Soul of Europe' - a 'slush fund' available to religious bodies, including UK Bishops and their dioceses, who are willing to promote full involvement with the EU.

The Catholic Groundswell - 3 observations.
1. Italy (headed up by the Vatican), Spain, France, Southern Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Eire, Poland, Lots of Eastern Europe et al, are all Catholic.
2. The importation of tens of thousands is quickly swelling the GB Roman Catholic ranks.
3. The Cardinal of Westminster has recently lead a demonstration in favour of an amnesty for all illegal immigrants in the UK. This includes all the above, and also numbers from the East (ie. The Philippines), and obvious Catholic enclaves such as South America.

June 22nd 2007.  Blair goes to see the Pope on a so called private visit and...what a surprise...Cardinal of Westminster Murphy-O'Connor just happens to be there too! Maybe it's phase out the Anglican Church and hence demote HMQ at the same time?! Did 'we' call it right? You decide!

Our Freedom of Speech. "Thou shalt not criticise the EU or anybody therein". Originating from the Bilderberg Group 2005 agenda (they're still around!) and channelled through the totally un-democratic European Union there is a proposal for all NGOs (Non Government Organisations) to register with the Government.Yes...you've got it...this includes your church. gardening club, sports association, political group, social or environmental action group, or any other non-profit organisation. You decide!

Our Banking Structure. The European Central Bank in Frankfurt will take over all British monetary assets and re-distribute. Also set common interest rates, hence affecting mortages and pensions. France has an annual wealth tax, currently on a sliding scale .55%->1.8%. If certain socialists were elected this could rise to 10%. Entire EU inheritance subject under review from Brussels.

Our UK Borders. Already crumbling. England, the 2nd most densely populated country in the World, is being pressurised to take an ever increasing number of immigrants.

Regionalisation. The EU plans to divide the UK into 12 regions are already underway. Each area will host a regional governing body thereby eliminating County and even Parish Councils. Ultimately these Regional Chambers will answer directly to Brussels and so eliminate the need for Central Government based in London as we now know it. The 'European Broadcasting Union' is already in place in Brussels. Anyone notice that?

The EU Constitution.

Currently being assembled is being used as a 'bulldozer' to push the whole concept over the finishing line. Also senior members of the Labour Government are determined to try and vote the whole matter through without even consulting the people.

The British Nation deserves a Referendum to enable their elected MPs to halt this catastrophic slide, renegotiate trading and other commercial agreements and discard current and proposed policies which have no relevance to a democratic British way of life.
